What you should expect when you sign up for the Full 8a Application Preparation Service
The service starts wtih a detailed pre-qualification interview to ensure that there are No 8(a) Program eligibility issues that will prevent you from being able to get successfully 8(a) Certified.
Following the interview, you will receive a progress report that details exactly what specific documentation is needed from you and your business concern. Additionally provided are proprietary data collection worksheets and templates that will assist you in gathering and providing some of the information requested by the SBA.
Cloveer prepares and completes your entire SBA 8(a) Application including the online and paper or supporting document portions, all required SBA forms, attachments and supporting enclosures. If needed the 2 year waiver and the narrative statement of social disadvantage services are also available.
As Cloveer receives your supporting documents all items are reviewed line by line including business and personal taxes, business and personal financial statements, bylaws, operating documents, resumes, contracts, etc. to make sure everything meets the 8(a) program eligibility requirements. Even if you don't have some of the required documents such as bylaws, operating agreements, stock meeting minutes, resumes, org charts, and more Cloveer will prepare these on your behalf as part of our service. This includes your economic narrative too.
Cloveer packages your entire 8(a) Application in the exact format that the SBA wants it. Every item and specific area within your 8(a) Application will be identified, noted as applicable or not and separated accordingly so your SBA 8(a) reviewer can easily review and expedite your 8(a) Application.
All signature locations will be noted and instructions on where to submit your SBA 8(a) Application and what to expect next will be detailed.
