The CMAS (California Multiple Award Schedule) and The TXMAS (Texas Multiple Award Schedule) Program uses existing competitively awarded government contracts to create the basis for the procurement needs for those states. To be considered for the CMAS or TXMAS Program, an existing contract must be awarded by the Federal Government or any other governmental entity in any state and awarded using a competitive process.

If your company has an already existing GSA Schedule Contract, then it makes it that much easier to obtain a CMAS or TXMAS Contract. If your company does not have a GSA Schedule Contract in place, Mercury Consulting can help you.
